Are you a senior HR professional with deep industry experience, ready to support a commercial organisation undergoing rapid growth and transformation?

We are seeking expressions of interest for an upcoming HR Business Partner opportunity within a fast-paced, commercially focused environment. This role will support internal scaling, enterprise-wide technology implementation, and evolving operating models. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong change leadership capability, and the agility to navigate ongoing transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders across the business, aligning HR strategy with commercial and operational goals.

  • Drive workforce planning, talent development, succession strategies, and cultural initiatives aligned to business priorities.

  • Lead and embed change initiatives, particularly around technology implementation and modernising HR practices.

  • Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends, support decision-making, and improve people outcomes.

  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policy.

  • Provide expert guidance on organisational design, performance frameworks, and leadership capability.

About You:

  • 5–7+ years' experience in strategic HR roles, ideally within commercial, growth-focused or industry-aligned environments.

  • Proven experience leading HR through transformation, including tech implementations and structural change.

  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders, providing both strategic direction and hands-on delivery.

  • Demonstrated commercial acumen, agility, and a proactive approach to HR leadership in complex environments.

  • Industry-specific experience (e.g., retail, energy, manufacturing, logistics, or similar) is highly desirable.
