HR Partners is excited to announce its exclusive collaboration with a renowned construction company. Our client is looking for a HR Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented, proactive and self-motivated individual.

You will be working closely with the HR team and senior stakeholders, assisting with the day-to-day running of the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional looking to grow their career with a national and prestigious company.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department
  • Maintain all employee records, ensuring all details are up to date
  • Help develop, coordinate, and administer HR policies, procedures, and programs, and ensure they are communicated
  • Maintain the HR inbox
  • Contribute to significant HR projects, including employee engagement initiatives and the development of training programs, to enhance staff satisfaction and productivity

Key Qualifications:

  • The ability to manage and prioritise tasks where needed
  • Capability to work independently within a collaborative team environment
  • High level of communication skills with a great eye for detail
  • The ability to build rapport, trust and engagement with stakeholders
  • Previous experience working within HR or administration desired
