Join this leading global healthcare organisation known for making a real difference in people's lives every day. With innovation, purpose, and patient care at the heart of everything they do, this organisation is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to support their corporate portfolio across Australia & New Zealand.

Based in modern offices in Macquarie Park (with 2 days WFH), you’ll work as part of a high-performing People & Culture team and collaborate closely with the HR Director to deliver best-practice HR solutions that drive culture, engagement, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across corporate functions including Finance, IT, Legal, and Customer Service
  • Provide strategic and operational HR advice across performance management, talent development, employee relations, engagement, and workforce planning
  • Support and lead HR projects across ANZ, including leadership development, organisational design, and process improvement initiatives
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on all people matters, identifying gaps and opportunities to strengthen business capability
  • Partner with the HR Director on the delivery of the people strategy, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Leverage data and insights to inform decision-making and help shape future-focused people solutions

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior Advisor, ideally within a corporate or complex matrix environment (ideally 2+ years)
  • A strong understanding of the employee lifecycle, employment legislation, and best-practice HR frameworks
  • Confidence working with senior leaders, and the ability to challenge constructively and influence with credibility
  • Resilience, agility, and a proactive approach – someone who thrives in a role with both strategic exposure and operational variety
  • A team mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
