Senior People Advisor

We’re seeking a skilled Senior Advisor with strong case management experience to provide expert HR guidance and support to employees and leaders. You will manage complex workplace issues, lead investigations, coach on performance and conduct, and drive continuous HR improvements aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear, timely advice on people management, employment relations, and policy interpretation.

  • Support leaders in managing employee performance, misconduct, and disciplinary processes.

  • Conduct workplace investigations ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

  • Coach leaders on performance improvement plans and workplace behaviours to enhance team dynamics.

  • Analyse HR data to identify trends and recommend actions for continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with employee relations to manage disputes and represent the organisation in hearings if required.

  • Deliver training and mentoring to build leadership capability across the organisation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.

  • Significant HR generalist experience, preferably within medium to large organisations.

  • Demonstrated expertise in coaching, case management, and resolving complex workplace issues.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, industrial instruments, and workplace policies.

  • Ability to analyse people data and use insights to drive HR initiatives.
