  • Talent Acquisition Strategy Support:
Contribute to the development and execution of recruitment strategies and provide insights to improve recruitment practices.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal departments, including HR and Organisational Development, to ensure recruitment processes align with broader organisational goals.

  • Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and share best practices with the team.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in High-Volume Recruitment:
Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes effectively, maintaining quality while working under strict timelines.

  • Pre-Screening & Interview Coordination:
Experience in pre-screening candidates, setting up panel interviews, and managing candidate selection processes from start to finish.

  • International Recruitment Experience: Desirable
Understanding of the complexities of international recruitment, including ensuring candidates are ready to relocate and can navigate relocation logistics.

  • Flexibility with Hours:
Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate international time zones and meet recruitment timelines.

  • Strong Stakeholder Management:
Experience building relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful recruitment outcomes.

  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage competing demands, ensuring successful recruitment results.
