job description

HR Partners is proud to be partnering with a well-established organisation in the manufacturing sector to recruit a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term opportunity. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys supporting a diverse and dynamic workforce.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full recruitment life cycle—from workforce planning through to onboarding—working closely with leaders across the business to deliver tailored hiring strategies that align with organisational objectives. You’ll also play a key part in building employer brand presence and driving an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and design effective recruitment strategies

  • Source and engage candidates through multiple channels to meet current and future business needs

  • Manage the interview and selection process, providing strong communication and support throughout

  • Maintain an active pipeline of talent for both volume and hard-to-fill roles

  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, using data insights to improve outcomes

  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team to ensure alignment with broader talent and business initiatives

  • Contribute to employer branding efforts and promote a positive, consistent candidate journey

What You Bring

  • 2+ years' experience in internal recruitment or agency-side talent acquisition

  • Proven experience recruiting across varied workforce types (blue and white collar preferred)

  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills

  • Highly organised with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

  • Confidence using ATS systems and digital sourcing tools

  • Knowledge of recruitment compliance and employment standards

  • A degree in Human Resources or related discipline (preferred)

Why You’ll Love This Role

This is an excellent opportunity to step into a respected manufacturing business and make an impact from day one. You'll be supported by a collaborative team, enjoy hybrid work flexibility, and develop your skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

At HR Partners by Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all. We actively encourage applications from any background.
