Klaus
Duetoft from Ebay joined the first Executive HR Networking Group in Sydney in
February to discuss ‘The cross-roads of business & HR’. Klaus leads the eBay Inc Asia Pacific HR Organisation,
providing HR support to all eBay employees across Asia Pacific in addition to
being a member of the eBay Inc Global Human Resources Leadership team.
He
has teams based in Singapore, Korea and China. Countries which our team
supports includes Singapore, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia,
Japan, Korea, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan, covering eBay and
Gumtree/Stub Hub. He believes in bringing a robust commercially orientated
human resources approach to organisations he and his teams are engaged with
that ultimately enable organisations, leaders and employees the ability to
drive for results, create long term business value and do that in a way that is
sustainable.
