HR Partners are proud to partner with a FMCG organisation based in Mascot, currently in search of a HR Manager.
An exciting prospect awaits a Human Resource Generalist seeking to transition into a stand alone HR Manager role. You will hold full responsibility for the HR function across Australia and report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside department managers to understand their HR needs and assist them in achieving goals
  • Responsible for the entire recruitment and on-boarding processes for new staff.
  • Provide guidance and assistance on various HR issues such as performance management, probation reviews, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Lead the development and execution of HR policies and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain employee records and prepare HR reports.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in a blue-collar environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar HR role
  • Capability to work independently within a collaborative team environment
  • Thorough understanding of HR best practices and employment regulations.
