HR Partners is delighted to announce its exclusive collaboration with a renowned not-for-profit organisation. We are currently seeking a committed individual to join their expanding team in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. This will be a full-time permanent position.

In the role of HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with managers, offering comprehensive support and guidance across various domains. This will be a true generalist position and will consist of providing advice and support across different areas.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Assist the HR Director in implementing HR initiatives
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process and on-boarding of new employees
  • Collaborate with leaders to design efficient organisation structures to enhance leadership effectiveness and productivity
  • Act as a reliable resource for managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures and Industrial Relations issues
  • Assist with various generalist duties as needed

Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in engaging with stakeholders across all levels
  • The ability to work on a strategic and operational basis, depending on the business needs.
  • Capability to work independently within a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
