HR Partners by Randstad is currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity as a People Partner to join our clients People team based in Melbourne CBD (2/3 days WFH).

This role is a fixed term position until the end of the year and will play a crucial role in providing professional guidance and support across the organisation.

This is the perfect opportunity for a strategic and people centric HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor who loves to partner with stakeholders on initiatives around cultural change, engagement, performance and organisational change and design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving the success of change initiatives through effective and consistent use of methodology, coaching leaders, engagement with staff to mitigate risks.
  • Support the people programs including engagement surveys, performance reviews, compensations reviews and talent development.
  • Be a proactive member of the People team to drive continuous improvement and promote knowledge and information sharing.
  • Support the development and implementation of the People plan.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Experience as a trusted advisor with success in HR partnering with proven experience in performance management, talent, staff engagement, workforce planning, culture and change management
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field supported by senior leadership experience
  • Proven ability to diagnose, recommend and implement strategies and innovative solutions
