HR Partners are proudly partnering with a passionate and dynamic community services client, for a permanent Recruitment Advisor role! In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in assisting Hiring Managers recruit for top talent to support their important work.

Key responsibilities of the role:
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and guide end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Review and refine position descriptions to align with business requirements and attract top-tier candidates.
  • Utilise HRIS to efficiently post job ads across various online platforms within specified timeframes.
  • Provide guidance on candidate screening, interview support, and stakeholder management throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist Hiring Managers with applicant communication, reference checking, and offer management.
  • Facilitate seamless onboarding processes and liaise with HR Business Partners on employee relations matters.
  • Represent the organisation at recruitment events, demonstrating commitment to diversity, satisfaction, and excellence.
To be successful you must:
  • Possess a valid driver's license and Working with Children (WWC) check, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ideally, have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a heavy administrative role, showcasing proficiency in managing diverse responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for community services and helping others.
  • Exhibit drive, energy, and a collaborative spirit, contributing positively to team dynamics and organisational goals.
  • Confidently take initiative and engage in stakeholder management, displaying assertiveness and effective communication skills.
  • Showcase exceptional organisation and coordination abilities, ensuring seamless execution of recruitment processes and tasks.
