An exciting permanent opportunity has become available to join a well respected construction business located in Newcastle. As a HR Business Partner you will play a key role in this HR team and build strong relationships across the business. With a culture of engaged loyal employees and clients, this HRBP role will provide challenging and rewarding opportunity.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will provide HR support to your client groups to achieve its corporate objectives.
Key elements of the role will include, but not limited to:
- Demonstrated experience initiating and driving leading edge HR initiatives and supporting client groups.
- Broad HR Generalist skill set required
- Experienced in Employment Relations and Legislation
- Demonstrated ability to interpret employment contracts, awards and enterprise agreements and knowledge of relevant legislation
If you have an excellent knowledge in a range of HR disciplines, outstanding communication and relationship building skills then this will be a role that will suit you down to the ground. With your strong organisational capability allowing you to successfully drive projects and guide managers through best practice/HR modernisation.
To succeed in this environment, you will have demonstrated the ability to think strategically with a high level of conceptual, innovative, analytic and problem solving skills. Min 5 years HR experience working across blue collar client groups will be highly regarded as will the ability to build trust, strong value based relationships with key stakeholders.
