HR Partners are partnering exclusively with an expanding tech business that is leveraging technology to achieve huge growth objectives.

As the businesses People & Culture Business Partner, you will work closely with the Head of People & Culture to play a pivotal role in supporting business leaders in building capability and driving business outcomes through people initiatives.

You will be comfortable advising and coaching across the employee life cycle and are happy to roll up your sleeves with BAU HR activities, including onboarding/offboarding, performance management, learning & development and payroll support. Alongside this, you will be given exposure in strategic HR initiatives, working closely with the P&C team to drive productivity and L&D.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor or Jnr HR Business Partner looking to step into a true business partnering role with a thriving organisation.

You will:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the People function including onboarding, ER/case management, workforce planning, visa applications, learning and development, payroll, and performance management.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with business leaders and broader stakeholders
  • Support the Head of People & Culture to maintain a culture of continuous improvement and drive capability uplift
  • Take ownership of people projects including L&D, engagement and onboarding initiatives

You are:

  • Bachelor Degree qualified in Human Resources or similar
  • An HR Generalist looking to partner with an engaging, fast past paced organisation
  • An experienced communicator who can operate in the ‘grey areas’ and navigate challenges
  • A hands on professional who can work autonomously when needed in a collaborative and dynamic team environment
